How good does Gumbo sound. Even if i didn't know what it was, it would still be a fun word to say. Guummmboo! Well there is no gumbo like the gumbo in New Orleans. The Gumbo Shop, can be found in NOLA's French Quarter and can serve up a mighty fine gumbo. They also have a great jambalaya. The most interesting thing on there menu, is alligator strips in a spicy tomato sauce. I haven't had alligator since I was in Australia last, but I do remember is tasting just like chicken. You should definitely give it a try at some point in your life. Is anyone hungry now??
